1. Exchange Eligibility
Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

  • In its original condition

  • Unused and unworn

  • Returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact

2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your item. Make sure to include the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to exchange

  • The reason for the exchange

  • Clear photos showing the condition of the item (if applicable)

3. Exchange Process
Once your request is approved, we will share the instructions to return the product. Important notes:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return.

4. No Refunds or Cancellations
Please be advised that we do not offer refunds or order cancellations under any circumstances. Only product exchanges are allowed according to the conditions listed above.
